Hotel gay en Barcelona: Axel Hotel
Axel Hotel Barcelona fue el primer hotel de dicha cadena inagurado en 2003. Actualmente Axel Hotel funciona también en Buenos Aires (desde 2007) y en Berlín (desde 2009).
Lo que hace especial a Axel Hotel es su política heterofriendly donde cada hotel es pensado, diseñado y organizado para el huésped gay, aunque son abiertos a toda la gente que quiera allí alojarse.
En cada Axel Hotel se siente un respeto por cada persona, donde cada uno tiene su libertad de ser como realmente quiera.
El Axel Hotel Barcelona se encuentra ubicado justamente en el centro de la movida gay en Barcelona, en Gayxample muy cercano a las exclusivas boutiques de Passeig de Grácia, con rápido accesibilidad a Las Ramblas, el Barrio Gótico y el Museo Picasso.
El edificio data del siglo XIX, con una moderna remodelación: su iluminación está muy bien pensada, formando un perfecto conjunto con su propuesta, muebles de vitro, telas de Kenzo, habitaciones muy luminosas y elegantemente amobladas.
Axel Hotel Barcelona se compone de 66 habitaciones diseñadas de forma individual, muy luminosas.
Las habitaciones se dividen en diferentes categorías:
Axel City: con la vista hacia el patio del hotel, cama king size, baño con ducha, TV plasma, conexión a internet, caja fuerte, servicio a la habitación.
Axel Superior: con vista exterior, equipadas además con aire acondicionado, selección de películas a la carta.
Axel Premium: con vista a la ciudad y balcón. En el baño cuenta con hidromasaje.
Axel Suite: un gran ambiente dividido en sala de estar, habitación, closet y baño con hidromasaje y kit exclusivo. Escritorio con impresora, Wi Fi, internet, TV plasma.
En cuanto a sus servicios, el Axel Hotel Barcelona cuenta con una cómoda piscina en su terraza, sky bar, sauna y jacuzzi. Por otra parte también se organizan programa de circuitos de aguas (con previa reserva) donde se combinan diferentes técnicas de masajes y baños.
El hotel tiene todas las opciones para deliciosas comidas y tragos:
- Bar lounge Sky Bar, en la terraza del hotel sirve uno de los cockatils más deliciosos de la ciudad. Está abierto de lunes a sábado desde las 11 hasta las 24hs, los domingos desde las 12 hasta las 24 hs. y los días miércoles desde las 11 hasta las 20:30 hs.
- Un espacio relajado con Underground, de moderno diseño para disfrutar un buen sandwich, copas de tragos, cafetería, etc. Un espacio muy social para pasarla bien tanto de día como de noche. Abierto de lunes a viernes desde las 11hasta las 02 hs y los sábados y domingos de 18 hasta las 2 hs.
- Gastronomía a la carta o menú, para el día o la noche, sabrosos platos y muy bien decorados en Kitchen. Un elegante espacio para desayunos, almuerzos y cenas.
Es importante tener en cuenta que el hotel también ofrece asesoramiento turístico y cuentan con un amplio espacio para organización de eventos, ferias y fiestas organizadas por el hotel o particulares.
